Davonne Reaves is the Founder and Chief
Hospitality Strategist of The Vonne Group, an Atlanta-based consulting firm reshaping the hospitality industry. Her career began as a front desk agent at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, where she developed a passion for hospitality that evolved into ownership. Over the past 14+ years, she has gone from checking in guests to becoming an award-winning hotel owner, consultant, and speaker—while creating a pathway for over 200 hotel owners and investors to step into the industry.

In 2022, she expanded her vision by launching Vesterr, a real estate crowdfunding platform designed to democratize commercial property investment. By breaking down traditional barriers, Vesterr makes it possible for everyday investors to access opportunities once reserved for the wealthy.

A proud mother, Reaves blends professional expertise with personal purpose—embracing the pineapple as hospitality’s enduring symbol of welcome and abundance.
